The film is called Earthlings and is narrated by Joaquin Phoenix. It brings to our attention the treatment of animals in industry – and as such, because it is industry, we too condone what is basically cruelty to animals (pure torture). This can only be seen as a reflection of human kind and if ignoring it is one’s response to the awful truth, it doesn’t change the fact that we are still accomplice to these heinous acts when we do nothing… and furthermore, when we support those industries.

The film focuses on key industries such as the pet industry, the food industry, science and the fur trade. Particularly, the food industry is as disturbing as any of the others mentioned, but what is truly shocking is how obvious it is that our food supply has become toxic with the treatment of our livestock before, during and after they are slaughtered.

I’m not going to describe anything here, but I will state that another film called, Food Inc. revealed how numerous people within the food industry who once defended their actions against government safety regulations, are now the regulators themselves…

Meaning, over the last 25 years, safety inspections and the enforcement of safety regulations have been in serious declined. Now factor in some disease statistics that were unheard of 25 years ago such as “1 in 4 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their life time” as well as “1 in 3 people will  be diagnosed with diabetes” and make the connection!

There is a well delivered message in the film, but be forewarned that Earthlings is a graphic film that may not be suitable for all ages, but at the same time our youngsters should not be kept in the dark, after all, it’s their future. Our younger generation should be targeted as it is their future to create. With a little luck, this film will make it into schools all over the globe and change will follow.

Pleeease, DO YOUR PART and pass these links and/or this blog link along to friends and family. These inhumane acts will only continue if we continue to ignore something that is completely barbaric. If one person passes the information on to a few hundred people and they do the same, eventually the information will fall into the hands of the few who really are inspired to act and make a huge difference.

The previous Freedom 101 blogs should, if anything, shed a fair bit of light on what should be common knowledge. So one should wonder why it isn’t.

Is there a real possibility that there is a mind control program in play? Is it inconceivable that we have been programmed like robots to work, pay taxes and don’t ask questions?

Does the following quote sound like general acceptance by Commoners as “the way things are” or is it simply a severe case of apathy?…

Consider the unbelievable size of pensions, severance packages, etc. etc. that our Public Servants obtain for their “contributions” to a system that simply sucks the life energy out of The People and what kind of feeling do you get?

In my opinion, the corrupted system has now manifested itself into a domino effect of blatant thievery! Are we programmed to accept the hands of crooks being in our pockets? This is a topic that deserves constant attention, but doesn’t. There are numerous documentary films about the mainstream media giants such as FOX, CNN, ABC and the like that put the mainstream media into perspective as it plays an integral part of how the masses are kept herded together like sheep as far as their mindset is concerned.

Watch them and learn how the mainstream media giants influence the masses to go about their lives in a manner that allows the foundation of our freedoms to be completely eroded while criminal behavior of mammoth proportions continues.

If criminals are in office and stealing from you, committing atrocities, etc., etc., every individual [based on the fundamental principles of law] can simply write to Public Officials, state their displeasure and simply revoke their given permission to be governed and taxed. It’s the law that empowers The People. What would the general result be from such actions? The criminals in office would NOT be there very long and it wouldn’t be very long before someone who actually does represent our best interest is.

(Something unprecedented has occurred in Toronto, Canada with newly elected Mayor Rob Ford now in office. He vowed to clean house of all the over spending servants and is actually doing it! A recent headline in a local newspaper read, “Ford’s first 100 days. He has done more than Miller (his predecessor) did in 7 years.” That’s the kind of representation needed and if we had it on a regular basis, I’d have no problem paying a share of taxes. Wishful thinking that such a thing would be a common occurrence?)

Where is the news in regards to the freedom movement – The People standing on guard for their liberties? There are probably loads of cases that have gone into the courts that have focused on the freedoms that are guaranteed to The People and we hear little of the details regarding these cases. This shouldn’t be happening! We should be overwhelmed with the “details” of these cases as they represent crucial education for the masses so that they can be informed when it comes to protecting their best interests as well as respecting the best interests of their fellow man. The mainstream media should represent a tool that educates the masses with real life scenarios – and to hold these out of control governments in check. News channels should dedicate hours of airtime to discussion that focuses on the fundamental issues facing the human race, and doing so with intellectual people who can articulate their ideas for solutions in a manner that the masses can understand. Eventually, the masses will catch on and start taking control of the situation themselves rather letting criminals in public office inflict their designed system upon us.

What I’m saying is, if thee Law was common knowledge [as it should be], a lot of what we see and hear about on the news today regarding the actions of many people in office would be recognized as criminal intent – acts of treason in many cases. And because we would be so well informed of the roots of our fundamental freedoms, we would not stand by as educated people and let this continue – we would take action to preserve the foundation for future generations. That knowledge would empower us and inspire us.

That being said, all our problems are solvable when: 1) we put an end to the oppressive system of government and revert back to the Law of the Land which is still (at the moment) in tact, but few know little of, 2) we bring sanity to the corporate world (watch the documentary The Corporation if you haven’t already), 3) we bring in an interest free currency (one local and one global) and wipe out the imaginary debt that is mostly compound interest and a scheme to defraud and enslave The People, and 4) we revamp the education system to accelerate our children’s reading skills along with a true awareness of, a) our foundational freedoms, b) our historically documented repeated failures and how to create a future that finally avoids this repetitious (and destructive) cycle from one generation to the next… once and for all, and c) everyone’s accountability to act and be a force for good in an inevitable constantly changing world – it is imperative that our young understand that if the human race doesn’t act according to the common good for all, life as we know it may very well come to a horrifying end.

The above is (in my opinion) a good starting point to focus on as it is “doable” and when these key issues are addressed, so many more issues on the table will solve themselves on their own as these main issues are the reason why so many other problems exists.

If the mainstream media were to make information such as the content within the first few Freedom 101 Blogs a regular discussion, it would bring awareness of historic case laws and the principle arguments that our freedoms were founded upon. We have hundreds of “self-evident truths” in relation to the law that have been around for hundreds of years… But no one seems to know of their existence?!? Imagine how much time and resources we would save if these self-evident truths were common knowledge (as they should be)? Instead we have a jurisdiction of man-made statutes where lawyers from a society [they swear oath to protect] focus on a legal (not lawful) system of technicalities that are written in a foreign language known as legalese.

As long as the money changers are in control, we’ll never see the light of day of the self-evident truths surrounding our undefyable natural laws. Five major corporate interest groups (artificial persons) control all the world’s major media outlets. Money controls the way the global population see the world – maintaining the status quo. The news isn’t news anymore, it’s mediocrity at its best loaded with lies and half truths as it represents a Weapon of Mass Deception while an agenda plays out behind the scene.

The Nazis Party used deceptive measures to establish their control over the people of Germany. Author Naomi Wolf (not known to speak out politically until about 5 years ago), was inspired to write a book (a documentary film followed) when an elderly friend was telling her continuously,  “They did this in Germany, they did this in Germany” meaning the many things that have played out recently that coincided with what had happened in Germany leading up to WWII. Naomi, was reluctant to believe the things her friend was saying to her but was encouraged to research it. The book and film are titled, End of America: Letter of Warning to a Patriot. The book describes the 10 Steps to Fascism based on historical analysis of not only what happened in Germany, but other historic dictatorships that came to power as well. These were “common” strategies and when it got to a certain point where established liberties were eliminated with the promise of security and Utopia, opposing voices and/or threats was eliminated in a domino effect. This behavioral attitude has been reaching similar levels at a fast pace since 9/11 (our Reichstag Fire?!?) with numerous laws and acts being passed without our knowledge and understanding, let alone our consent. Naomi Wolf’s comparison of these historic events to today’s key events is horrifyingly similar. She exercise’s her free speech (while she can) at speaking engagements all over the world and you would think that the mainstream media would catch on and take an unbiased interest in what she is saying to bring some awareness of some of The People’s concerns, but of course that would not be in the best interest of the corporate elite (who, again, control the media).

I believe we are on the verge of an apocalyptic event. I just hope that it doesn’t favor the few who actually have the power right now of directing the human race down “their” chosen path, because it definitely is not in the best interests of the common man and future generations. Until the number of free minds grows in numbers via word of mouth and the actions of the few free thinking men and women around us, we will be that close to remaining a dumbed down society of peasants and taxpayers that answer to criminals in office.

Can anything of the sort (history on the verge of repeating itself) take place in this era? Are there similarities of threats to the populace and the inch by inch approach a conditioning method of submission in giving up our freedoms? Have you been to the airport lately? In Nazi Germany, a common question from the masters was Haben Sie Ihre Papiere? (Do you have your papers?) If I remember correctly, not so long ago there use to be a lot of talk about a WWIII on the horizon – a war to end all wars. Inch by inch it’s a cinch.

For as long as I can remember, the number one cause of stress in the world has always been the status of people’s finances.

On the other hand, if you are one of the few whom has an abundance of it, does that make you superior in a world where equality is paramount and mandatory based on the fundamental principles of law? Of course not, but having that wealth gives you an enormous advantage over the average man when we live in a system of commerce or statutory jurisdiction to be exact.

To go up against any of the corporate elite or people that have the wealth that enables them to hire fast talking lawyers (who reside in a society of their own I might add) seems futile, unless you have your facts straight, know the legal process, and are armed with the fundamental principles of law that are there to protect you. In a just society and with that key knowledge you will always be on equal footing with your opponent.

This blog is about the money system and the importance of knowing its origins, however, I just wanted to clarify how much power an individual has when he/she is armed with the right knowledge no matter how many Goliaths he/she may face – remember the old adage, “knowledge is power”.

A crucial area of knowledge that must be grasped is the monetary system. If I control the money, I can control everything because anyone and everything can be bought in a world controlled by greed and corruption.

This blog could go into great detail about the money system which has basically made slaves of us all – debt slaves. And there is no difference from a slave of the past compared to a debt slave because a slave is a slave is a slave – and freedom is just the opposite of slavery. This may sound repetitious, but I can’t say it enough…

There is but one Law – the Law of the Land in which our Common Law Nations are founded upon – principles of law – long settled “self-evident truths”.

“Consent makes the law” is a self evident truth – a Maxim in Law. If consent makes the law, then how can a few politicians (many of whom can’t be trusted as they represent their own best interests and the interests of their corporate friends) pass laws without our consent?

Well, most of us consent to those laws by not declaring otherwise on the public record, so these Statutory Laws apply to us until we do state otherwise (at any point in time). To be more accurate, these laws apply to the artificial entity that was assigned to us – that which was originally created for “benefits”. That artificial entity is your “legal name” that originated with the filing of your Birth Certificate. It is not you, it is your person.

So, as stated above, if consent makes the law then why are we allowing ourselves to be subject to so many of their laws that are clearly violating our fundamental principles of law? There are a lot of reasons for this that point to conspiracy, but for the sake of argument, let’s just call it ignorance of The People and the failure of our education system.

If the Free World (the Common Law countries) is to remain free, then we must continue to recognize the inherent principles of law. There is freedom and there is slavery, there is master and there is servant. The former has principles to reflect on that clearly define who we are as free people while the latter becomes the scenario if the principles are ignored (or are removed).

I have made some huge claims above so let’s see if we can connect them with our long settled truths by listing some of the Maxims in Law that represent the foundations of the Free World:

“Consent makes the law” Consensus facit legem – a self evident truth – without consent we have tyranny.

Maxims such as: “He who does not deny, admits” Qui non negat fatetur and “An error which is not resisted or opposed is approved” Error qui non resistitur approbatur, regard tacit consent in which your silence represents approval, approval of unlawful acts of man-made statutory laws.

Does deception come to mind when you see the obvious principles regarding consent? If you do not know this to be common knowledge as it should be, then maybe there is deception involved. However, another maxim might make one think otherwise: “Ignorance of fact is excused, but not ignorance of law” Ignoratia excusatur non juris sed facti.

Of course, once you know this and begin living by these principles and questioning the law (or rather the so-called authorities who in many cases think they are the master) then you can begin to turn the tables. The primary goals of Public Servants have been reversed as “to serve and protect” is no longer the primary. Enforcing corporate policy (contracts) is taking over in statutory jurisdictions. This defies the fundamental principles of law and we’ve let it. Who’s to blame? Those of us who fail to stand on the principles of law. Now, in order to regain what cannot be sold – our unalienable rights – we must stand on guard in large numbers… It’s our duty in honor of those who lost their lives in two great wars.

(What are the benefits of enforcing corporate policy? Not many for The People, but, in my opinion, there are many for the so-called Servants: the building of a police state that will officially bring the Servant to Master status. History has a track record of similar such events.)

Do these statutory laws have lawful standing if/when they are forced upon us? Is a maxim being violated here as statutes are based on consent (agreement/contract)?

“Nothing is so opposed to consent as force and fear” Nil consensui tam contrarium est quam vis atque metus.

If the Birth Certificate represents the legal entity for all commercial activity, are you bound by the artificial person that was “assigned” to you?

“A benefit is not conferred upon a person against his will.” Invito beneficium non datur.

Can we just throw away all our identification and exist without it “naturally”? Not if you want to survive in a commercial world, but you don’t have to let your artificial person control your life as all you need do is take certain steps to delete that person or keep its existence to a minimum.

Here are maxims and definitions related to your person if the thought of you having a person sounds off the wall:

“Every person is a human being, but not every human being a person” Omnis persona est homo, sed non vieissim.

“Man” (homo) is a term of nature; “person” (persona), a term of civil law” Homo vocabulum est naturae; persona juris civilis.

“Husband and wife are considered one person in law” Vir et uxor censentum in lege una persona.

person n. 1) a human being. 2) a corporation treated as having the rights and obligations of a person. Counties and cities can be treated as a person in the same manner as a corporation. However, corporations, counties and cities cannot have the emotions of humans such as malice, and therefore are not liable for punitive damages. (~ Free Online Law Dictionary ~)

person In law, an individual or incorporated group having certain legal rights and responsibilities. This has been held to include foreign and domestic corporations. Compare artificial person; natural person. (~ Canadian Law Dictionary, Barron’s 5^th Edition ~)

Again, we are in the Free World trapped in a system of commercial greed. What do the principles of law state in regards to freeing oneself from such a programmed state of mind?

“It does not matter whether a revocation is made by words or by acts” Non refert verbis an factis fit revocatio.

“Nothing is so natural as to dissolve anything in the way in which it was bound together; therefore the obligation of words is taken away by words; the obligation of mere consent dissolved by the contrary consent” Nihil tam naturale est, quam eo genere quidque dissolvere, quo colligatum est; ideo verborum obligatio verbis tollitur; nudi consensus obligatio contrario consensus dissolvitur.

We either live in a Free World or we don’t, there is no middle ground. No man or no fictional entity such as governments or Crown Corporations (artificial persons) has power over God’s creation of man as we are all created equally in his image and we should all be striving to preserve his supreme laws – the Law of the Land.

The mainstream media shows the political elite preaching freedom and prosperity to us but if you read between the lines that just isn’t the case (for example: the appointing of judges seems to be the norm these days, which undermines the principles of a democratic system).

It’s time to put the justice system to the test in numbers as well as put these so-called Public Servants on the spot (injunctions) before they become the Master.

Here is where The People’s true power lies…

Principle is defined as: A fundamental, well-settled Rule of Law. A basic truth or undisputed legal doctrine; a given legal proposition that is clear and does not need to be proved. A principle provides a foundation for the development of other laws and regulations. (~Free Online Law Dictionary~)

So we can see by this definition that all man-made laws can be overruled if they violate the principles of law – because you simply cannot pass a law that is in conflict with the foundation that all laws are to be built upon. If this is the case and your rights have been violated (and you may not know that they have been or are being violated), then you do have a legitimate claim. With a successful judgment in your favor, remedy must also come, as you are entitled to it. If everyone knew that their unalienable rights were being violated… if they knew the law… and if they knew the legal process and took action, the system that is there to protect the commoner would indeed do just that, protect us. In turn, the people’s actions would keep the system “just” and eliminate the legal plunder (taxes, fines, fees, etc.) and the numerous statutes that have eroded our free society. It would simply create a prosperous future for all without the complexity of so many unnecessary laws and “red tape”. In the process, the individual standing on principles would grow into a responsible human being – naturally – one with a true purpose.

Maxims in Law are principle sayings or truths, again, long settled and undisputed. Maxims are brief statements of self-evident truths from our Common Law heritage that explain what’s fair and what’s right and therefore just. They are the fundamental principles of justice that protect us and are thus the Common Law that is “common” to all the people of the Free World. It is our heritage and represents the common good.

Let’s list a few Maxims in Law followed by their Latin counterparts:

Principles prove, they are not proved. Principia probant, non probantur.
Liberty is more favored than all things. Libertas omnibus rebus favorabilior est.
In favor of life, liberty and innocence, every presumption is made. In favorem vitae, libertatis, et innocentiae, omnia praesumantur.
The laws of nature are unchangeable. Jura naturae sunt immutabilia.
The law regards the order of nature. Lex spectat naturae ordinem.

Very powerful phrases! Look at the key words in those maxims and compare them to the words written in the historic documents that serve to protect and preserve our freedoms in a superior jurisdiction of law. I will be adding numerous Maxims in Law throughout the Freedom 101 Blogs that may relate to a particular topic. (These blogs are archived under the category Law of the Land.)

Let’s now focus for a moment on the phrase “unalienable rights”:

Unalienable is defined as: The state of a thing or right which cannot be sold. 2. Things which are not in commerce, as public roads, are in their nature unalienable. Some things are unalienable, in consequence of particular provisions in the law forbidding their sale or transfer, as pensions granted by the government. The natural rights of life and liberty are unalienable. (~ Bouvier’s Law Dictionary online ~)

Commerce is a key word here because this is how we, The People, are trapped (via deception) into giving up our freedoms. We consent to it through contracts and agreements which in and of themselves are acts of commerce.

To this end, take note of the maxim: Consent makes the law. Consensus facit legem.

Do we have the unalienable right to own property? Absolutely! Do we have the unalienable right to travel? Absolutely! So why do we have Driver’s Licenses? License is defined as: permission. Does it make sense that we need permission to use our private property? (This will open up a whole new spectrum of conversation, but the bottom line is: will you act responsibly and take responsibility for your actions? The man-made statutory laws are for those who are irresponsible – but should we all be deemed irresponsible based on the actions of others? I must add that the percentage of irresponsible individuals is maybe 1%. Should the other 99% pay for the mistakes of the few? (Maybe there is some kind of conspiracy going on here?)).

What if we decide to turn these Driver’s Licenses in? Does that mean we can no longer travel freely on public roads via our private property (our vehicles) exercising our God-given unalienable rights? In a Free World, absolutely not, we have undeniable access to the public roads! Should more of us stop the confiscation of our private property (our income based on our labor) and turn in the [government’s] plastic licenses and, if necessary, take matters to the highest courts in the land? Unless you like paying for something you have an unalienable right to… then absolutely! It’s the only way to maintain our freedoms – to stand up and address these issues and halt the confiscation of our private property. People have actually been doing this, we just never hear about it in mainstream media news. I wonder why? Free is defined as:  Not subject to legal constraint of another. Unconstrained: having power to follow the dictates of his own will. Not subject to the dominion of another. Not compelled to involuntary servitude. Use in this sense as opposed to “slave”.  (~ Black’s Law Dictionary Revised 4th Edition ~)

Do you feel constrained? If you do, it is more than likely due to your commercial affairs.

It would be a good idea for people in our communities, both locally and globally, to start coming together and begin engaging people in office (with injunctions if necessary). Demand that they provide answers as to why our education system isn’t teaching the basics of Natural Law and the principles thereof to protect and preserve our freedoms. Why are they not recognizing the Supreme Law of the Land? Demand the change from your servants and if they don’t follow through, then off to jail they should go – according to the Law.

The bottom line is We The People need to start learning what should have been taught to us and start challenging these Peace Officers and their statutes, as many of them violate the foundation of principles that are there to protect us. What I’m saying is, “Go out there and get some tickets and start going to court.” But just remember, before you go this route, you need to educate yourself and become well grounded with what’s going on [change your programming!] and what process(es) to take.

Imagine if we were all versed in the principles of law, knew the legal process and were all very comfortable going into the courtroom [as things should be in a free and just society]? We would be able to go into any courtroom and address any matter at hand. We would flood the courts as a people at one with the law and do so without representation (lawyers) and in turn, this would keep the system honest and “just”. The corruption within the judicial system would be minimal and Public Servants would be doing what they are suppose to be doing – serving us and our best interests… not their own!!

Let’s get into some eye opening definitions in order to understand the true power that everyone possesses, but in fact were never taught about. Before we do however, let’s pull out a few words and phrases from some land-mark documents that represent our freedoms and protections – protection from governing authorities who are NOT actually authorities, but instead are supposed to be servants to the people.

In key historic documents such as the US Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence you will find these key words and/or phrases such as: “Law’s of Nature”, “self-evident”, “all men are created equal”, “Common Law”, “principles”, “unalienable rights”, “rule of law” and “endowed by the Creator”. Some do not need to be defined, as they are self-evident and self-explanatory. Let’s now take a look at a portion of the Preamble of the Canadian Bill of Rights for comparison to the above as it is very straight forward:

“…the Canadian Nation is founded upon principles that acknowledge the supremacy of God, the dignity and worth of the human person and the position of the family in a society of free men and free institutions … also that men and institutions remain free only when freedom is founded upon respect for moral and spiritual values and the rule of law…”

Barron’s 5th Canadian Law Dictionary defines Law (in short) as: statutes or long settled principles. Statutes are laws passed by Peace Officers (people who swear an oath of office) otherwise known as Public Servants. (There is plenty of evidence that suggests that personal interests motivate the majority of these so-called “servants” – we don’t need to get into that now though.) The enactment of tens of thousands of laws does not represent a society built upon freedom, quite the opposite actually. At the same time, those long settled principles still exist and, at the highest level of our judicial system, are actually recognized. These long settled principles represent the fundamental principles of our Common Law heritage, which, as you can see in the excerpt above, connect us to our supreme Creator. We are answerable to him and not to any so-called bodies of government whose main objective should be only to serve and protect the people’s public interests in a public realm. (Then there’s the private realm – I’ll post a Private v. Public blog at a later date.)

Just remember though, that this is where the people’s power originates and it needs to be utilized in order to have any effect as far as how our society adheres to its justice system. In other words, if you just let Peace Officers focus on secondary duties such as “enforcing public policy” (policing) without challenge (going to court), who’s to say “the powers that be” won’t take advantage of that kind of apathetic mind set? Indeed, that is exactly what allows tyrannical regimes to emerge and that’s exactly what is currently taking place here in North America as its inhabitants have seemingly fallen prey to deception and possibly even a little mind control? Maybe it’s fear? Or maybe we have simply had it so good for so long and we have lost sight of what should be our duty to remember (Remembrance Day)? Maybe we, as a society, need to become a “Band Of Brothers” and stand on guard for thee.

Much of the following Freedom 101 blog content will reflect 1) the fundamental principles of law; 2) case law; 3) definitions of key words from law dictionaries. The entire system of law revolves around words.

Let’s start with some of the most important definitions that everyone should know. Why are they so important? Because there is something that I will reveal to you that should have been mandatory education in school (grades 7 through 10 in my opinion) but never was. There is a system in place that protects the people of the land from tyranny and destruction – it is a tool that can forever preserve what every human being should hold true to their heart – FREEDOM! Unfortunately, few are using it to sustain and maintain a truly free society for themselves, and particularly for future generations.

Definition one: Law. I am not providing the entire definition (as it is well defined in numerous law dictionaries) thus keeping it short and to the point. There are numerous aspects to the word law, but we need to stay focussed on the definitions relating to supreme law. Natural Law (which relates to natural rights) and Common Law (which was founded upon principles) represent the Rule of Law and the Law of the Land, respectively. A man or woman who builds a case surrounded by well-established natural rights (which can be found in all Bill of Rights documents, among others) and well-established principles of law (Maxims of Law) – cannot lose their case in a just or “de jure” court of law.

Of course, not all courts of law are just, as numerous Peace Officers (such as judges and constables) are ignorant of the very law that they are charged with upholding and defending. That is why everyone should plan to file an appeal well in advance of a judgment coming down and, if necessary, appeal it to the highest court in the land (such as The Supreme Court) as that is where you will find knowledgeable Peace Officers who will recognize the fundamental principles that our Common Law nations were founded upon.

Oh my, what a crazy world we live in, eh?

How about we try and make some sense of it by first understanding a world that we (I think) would like to be living in. I doubt we could ever live in a perfect world, but that is not to say that we can’t make some huge improvements to this one, as the so-called dominant species of this planet.

Can we make this simple enough for everyone to understand, even though most people may have the perception that it is all just too complex for the average individual to grasp? I think we can when we realize that what people believe to be the laws governing our society are not written in stone – at least not the laws passed by people in public office, that’s for sure.

It is these laws that regulate our society and that create the confusion in the first place. How many acts and laws have been legislated into society and are you even a member of that society? The answer to those two questions is: 1) tens of thousands of laws have been passed by people in public office over the last 60 plus years; and 2) you are a member of that society only if your consent is so given. And when you understand the laws regarding consent, you are going to realize that… “You’ve been had!?!”

For centuries men have fought for their freedoms, waging wars against tyrannical regimes that have been a constant and that always seem to emerge out of nowhere. Is it happening here on North American soil now too? Key historical documents such as The Declaration of Independence, The Magna Carta, Bills of Rights, Charters of Freedoms, etc., etc. are the true documents that represent the foundations of our freedoms and it seems that this foundation is being ignored and our freedoms are being trampled over on a regular basis by those who have taken an oath to “serve us.” I think we need to remind ourselves that government is nothing more than a service provider to The People and as such, “justifies taxation” which, in and of itself, is a “voluntary agreement” based on the principles of law.  Anything else that suggests otherwise is one of the “ingredients” for tyranny.

As the foundation for our freedom, everything placed on top of that foundation cannot supersede its core structure as it represents the long settled principles of our Common Law heritage. The Common Law represents the common good and the laws of nature – God’s laws. Of the tens of thousands of man-made laws created by legislators, do you think that any of them violate our inherent Common Law rights? You will be surprised at how much our freedoms have disappeared over the years as we have been kept in the dark about some very key knowledge.

America, Canada and other Common Law countries are lands in which men fought for freedoms only to have so many laws passed over time as to slowly erode those freedoms. Fortunately, there are still many honorable people within the justice system that still recognize where our liberties originated from and they will pass judgments base upon the fundamental principles of law that represent the origins of our true free societies. But it is We The People, in vast numbers, that are the ones who have to bring these principles to their attention in order to achieve any effect whatsoever.

These freedom blogs are a good starting point for understanding that there is hope. It is a common plight for people who lack the knowledge of the law, that when they hear about all the corruption taking place within government bodies, they feel helpless and don’t know what to do. Hopefully this information will help guide people out of that train of thought and empower them. If this happens on a large enough scale, change – for the better – will take place.

People are now starting to wake up and take action and it only takes a small percentage of people to cause a revolution! When people start standing up in numbers, as witnessed in many countries over the last few months, change does occur. People can band together and invoke injunctions to hold their Public Servants accountable for their actions or inactions. That’s what the system was put in place for, to safeguard our rights and freedoms, and people simply need to use that system. The pen is mightier than the sword and when the pen no longer presents an avenue of justice then we are truly in trouble and all those brave men and women of the past (and present) who have given their lives fighting for our rights and freedoms, will simply have done so in vain if we don’t follow in their footsteps.
